Another Painful Attack

I was sleeping not too long ago and woke up having trouble breathing, nausea and shaking due to the pain. It started feeling just like it did at the doctor's office except the pain and tight heavy feeling was up under my ribs and went around my lungs to my back......there wasn't any pain in my lower back like last time just around the top of my belly and upper back. The nurse gave me something for the nausea and pain meds through my IV which started working quickly thank goodness. Hope they find out what is causing it and hope its not hurting the baby.
