Swinging From The Tree Tops

Gavin loved the swing his great grandma Big got for his birthday. My mom and dad had brought up a bench swing frame the last time they were up here which we used to put the swing on for now till he gets a big swing set.  He loves to swing!  He is all smiles and giggles.  Its too cute to watch him in it.  It just started turning cold the day after we took these pics.  Loving the weather!  Today I put him in a long sleeved onsie and pants and took him out for a swing while I let the dogs out.  Enjoy the pics!

Gavin On The Move

 Gavin is all over the place these days!  He has learned to clap, bang toys together, and dance.  He loves crawling over anything and everything.  The dogs have started to notice him more and not run away when they see him.  He thinks he is a puppy and crawls right over to their bed.  When they see him coming they get up and start licking his face to deter him from invading their bed.  Its sooooo funny!  He ducks his head and changes directions most of the time so it works!
Last night we were all on the couch watching a movie. Gavin was standing in my lap and I was looking up at him thinking aw what a cute little baby I have.  I blinked my eyes and then SPLAT!  I felt a big splash of wet, warm slimy goo cover my eyes and drip down my face.  I freaked out but laughed all the way to the bathroom with my eyes closed, washed the goo out of my eyes and took a shower.  Babies are the best!  hahaha  We are switching him over to milk slowly.....ounce by ounce every week and I guess it finally affected him last night.  Other than that he has been doing great with the new change.  Here are some pics of Gavin crawling and moving all over the place!

Gavin Visiting His Nana and Papa

Gavin has been visiting his Nana and Papa over in MS. since Sunday.. Sept. 12. We have been missing him sooo much but I bet he is having a great time. He was a little cranky the first day he was there but we have heard good reports since then. Its so quiet here without him. I keep thinking I hear him cry....yes I'm a nut! Just missing my little baby and can't wait to go get him on Thursday. He is definitely going to get kissed a million times and probably have the poo squeezed out of him.

Nana and Papa's House

Last weekend we went to Nana and Papa's house. Gavin had a blast! He was crawling all over the living room playing with his toys and his Nana. He wanted to walk back and forth between Nana and me holding onto our fingers. He is going to get to stay over there for several days in a week and I know he is gonna love all their attention. There is no place better than your grandparent's house.

Movin' and Shakin'

Here are some pics of Gavin pulling up and walking while holding on to his crib or the table. He is getting so tall now. He will be 11 months this month on the 10th. I can't believe he is almost one! I just got the stuff to make his invitations tonight. The party is gonna be on October 9th. I'm loving getting all the decorations together and Ben is loving buying all his toys. See all you there!
